Product Return Policy
1) The products must be individually sealed and suitable for resale
- If in doubt, ask our staff to seal your products.
- We do not accept products with a cigarette smell.
2) In case of product returns for delivery customers
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products to Stomo Médical.
- If the return is due to an error by our staff, the return shipping costs will be borne by Stomo Medical.
- Once the products are returned to Stomo Medical, our team will authorize the return and a credit will be applied to your account for future purchases.
- If you place an order at the same time as you wish to return products, you must pay for your order in full, and then a credit will be applied to your account after the return is authorized.
3) The return must be made within 6 months of purchase
- The product must have at least 1 year of shelf life remaining.
4) The products must have been purchased from Stomo Medical
5) Credit to the account for the full value of the return or refund with a 15% restocking fee
- Product returns are listed on the same invoice as your replacement products.
- Credit or debit card refunds only
6) OPTIFAST products are not eligible for a refund.
7) Defects are dealt with directly by the manufacturers.
8) Clothing and underwear are final sale. We cannot exchange or return these types of items for hygiene reasons.
