Product Return Policy
7) Due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Quebec and on the advice of the Public Health Department of Health Canada,
product returns will no longer be accepted for an indefinite period of time.

2) Products must be individually sealed and suited for resale
3) In case of return of products for delivery customers
- Costs of returning products to Stomo Médical are the customer's responsibility.
- If the return is due to an error on the part of our staff, the cost of return will be borne by Stomo Medical.
- Once the products are returned to Stomo Medical, our team will authorize the return and a credit will be applied to your account for future purchases.
- If you place an order at the same time as you wish to return products, you must pay your order in full and then a credit will be applied to your account after authorization of the return.
4) the return must be made within 6 months following the purchase of the return item
- The product must have at least 1 year of service life remaining.
5) Products must have been purchased from Stomo Medical
6) Credit to the account of the full value of the return or refund with a 15% restocking fee.
- Product returns will appear on the same invoice as your replacement products.
- Return by credit or debit card only
7) OPTIFAST products are not eligible for a refund.
