Return your products easily
1) Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless it results from a delivery error by Stomo Médical.
2) When the product is received in store, Stomo Médical performs the following checks:
- The product must have been purchased from Stomo Medical within the last 6 months following the return request.
- The expiry date must still be valid for 1 year.
- The product must be in good condition for resale and the products must be sealed.
- The products must not smell of cigarettes.
If your return request meets all these criteria, a member of our team will contact you. You can choose between a refund minus a 15% return shipping fee or store credit for the value of your return.
For example, if you return $100 worth of products to us, Stomo Medical will refund $85 to your credit card.
