Tena wash cream is a 3-in-1 formula that promotes skin health by gently cleansing, moisturizing, and softening delicate skin.

Unlike conventional soap, no rinsing is required.

Mainly used for frequent perineal skin care for incontinent individuals when changing absorbent products – but can also be used for full-body cleansing when soap and water can dry out the skin.

No need to rinse! Unlike soap and water, rinsing is not necessary.

Dermatologically tested. Helps maintain the skin's natural pH. Alcohol and soap-free.

1) Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless it results from a delivery error by Stomo Médical.

2) When the product is received in store, Stomo Médical performs the following checks:

- The product must have been purchased from Stomo Medical within the last 6 months following the return request.

- The expiry date must still be valid for 1 year.

- The product must be in good condition for resale and the products must be sealed.

- The products must not smell of cigarettes.

If your return request meets all these criteria, a member of our team will contact you. You can choose between a refund minus a 15% return shipping fee or store credit for the value of your return.
For example, if you return $100 worth of products to us, Stomo Medical will refund $85 to your credit card.
