The protective collar can help guide and shape your stoma, allowing for better drainage directly into the bag, and helps prevent any contact of excrement with the skin.

Ideal for all round stomas, the thin and flexible collar is made of an extremely soft material that adapts to the shape of your body when you move.

1) Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless it results from a delivery error by Stomo Médical.

2) When the product is received in store, Stomo Médical performs the following checks:

- The product must have been purchased from Stomo Medical within the last 6 months following the return request.

- The expiry date must still be valid for 1 year.

- The product must be in good condition for resale and the products must be sealed.

- The products must not smell of cigarettes.

If your return request meets all these criteria, a member of our team will contact you. You can choose between a refund minus a 15% return shipping fee or store credit for the value of your return.
For example, if you return $100 worth of products to us, Stomo Medical will refund $85 to your credit card.
