You benefit from being loyal! Stomo Medical presents its loyalty program allowing you to accumulate Stomo Points which you can convert into dollars to make your online purchases on our website.
Note that points will be lost after 6 months of account inactivity.
On each of our website pages, you will notice the Stomo rewards tab.
If you are not logged into your account on our site, clicking on the tab will open a new window allowing you to log in or register.
If you are already logged into your account on our site, when you click on the tab, you will see your personalized dashboard. There you will be able to see your points balance.
The easiest way to collect points is simply to shop! For every dollar spent on our website, you will receive 1 Stomo point.
You can accumulate points in several ways. See some of them under the "Earn Points" category. We also encourage you to stay tuned to our communications, especially our newsletter, for other actions we'll invite you to take to increase your Stomo Points.
Possibly the best way to accumulate Stomo Points is through the referral system. Open the "STOMO Rewards" tab on the left of your screen and click on the "Refer a person" option, then on the "Refer now" button.
You will find the link to share there. We advise you to copy it and send it directly to the intended recipient via your email service.
When the referred person opens an account and completes their first order on our site, you will receive 2000 Stomo Points and that person will receive 1000 Stomo Points.
When you have accumulated enough points, you can convert them into dollars to reduce the cost of your order.
Select the "Redeem your points" option. Then, click "Use".
Depending on your accumulated points, you can choose how many you want to use by moving the indicator on the horizontal line in increments of 100 points.
Once you have determined the number of points to use, click on "Use now".
The system will then provide you with a code to use during your next transaction on our website. You can copy this code immediately to use it or save it for a future order. All codes generated by the system can be found under the "My Rewards" option. You can then retrieve one of your unused codes to get the discount at checkout for your next order.
If you click a "Use Now" button, you will be redirected to a product page. Once you have completed your order and proceeded to checkout, the code associated with the "Use Now" button will be automatically displayed. If you have copied a code, paste it into the designated space on the payment page.
