We now offer you the opportunity to create a subscription so that you can receive your products on a schedule, exactly when you need them!
Subscribing to a product does not commit you to anything.
It is more about planning your needs or even a reminder that you should need your equipment at a frequency that you choose.
You will notice on most product pages that there are now two ways to obtain it.
Classic purchase
If you simply want to purchase a product as you normally would, you just need to select the "Buy the product without a subscription" option.
You will be able to complete the transaction regularly
Purchase with subscription
If you want to receive a product on a recurring basis, you can select the "Subscribe to order your product every" option.
You will not be billed automatically!
The subscription allows you to receive a notification 3 days before an invoice is generated. This notification will allow you to modify your order or simply wait for the invoice email.
After selecting the desired frequency, you continue the transaction according to the usual purchase process.
Once you have clicked the "buy" button, you can continue shopping or go to the shopping cart.
NOTE THAT YOU CAN SUBSCRIBE TO MULTIPLE PRODUCTS AT THE SAME FREQUENCY OR AT A DIFFERENT FREQUENCY ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS.
On your shopping cart page, you can change the quantity of each product added to your cart or remove one or more products.
WARNING: If you adjust the quantity of a selected product for a subscription, this will be the quantity applied to the product subscription.
If you change the quantities or remove one or more products, remember to click on "edit your shopping cart" to update your changes.
When you are satisfied with your basket, proceed to checkout.
On the payment page, you will see which of your products are part of a subscription.
You can complete your order as usual.
Once your order is complete, your selected subscription products will be added to your account.
Depending on the frequency selected, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to complete the purchase of your subscription products using the same usual purchase process.
You will be directed to the payment page of our site where you can finalize the transaction and thus create your order.
On your dashboard, you can manage your subscriptions.
