Company history
It is in 2006 that Stomo Medical opened their first branch on Boulevard St Martin West in Laval. In its very beginning, the company rapidly developed expertise in sale of ostomy care equipment. Over the years, the company extended its scope and currently serves seven specialized sectors:
- Ostomy care supplies
- Urology care supplies
- Wound and skin care management products
- Supplies for slight to severe incontinence
- Dysphagia and enteral feeding supplies
- Compression stockings and clothing
- Miscellaneous medical supplies
In January 2014, Stomo Medical continued its expansion and opened a second branch in Longueuil. In partnership with the Pharmacy Uniprix-Clinique Sylvie Jutras, Stomo Medical can now offer their expertise advice and quality services to the population of the south shore of Montreal. As of today, Stomo Medical acts as and important resource in the greater Montreal region, as much for healthcare professionnals as for their ever-growing clientele.
Recently, the company is innovating and performing a major overhaul of their website to add an experiential and transactional component.
